  • 1 cup almond milk  (homemade recipe)
  • ½ cup naked roasted pumpkin (BPA-free canned pumpkin can be substituted)
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries
  • ¼ fresh avocado
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender.

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick for added pizzazz.
